Harmony Arts - Kids' Day

WEST Vancouver's 10th Annual Harmony Arts Festival came to a close this weekend after just over a week of wonderful activities, music, arts and crafts. The popular August event is almost always blessed with good weather and good crowds and this year was no exception. Saturday was Kids' Day at the festival and the atmosphere was circus like. Games, stories, dancing, face painting, singing and interactive art projects were all part of the fun. And who says big kids weren't allowed to play along as mums and dads joined in with pleasure.

*BIG*
Little Marielle Caruth had her faced painted like a dalmation doggy. Then she and mom Linda enjoyed some time together on the swings.
Too cool two-year-old Benjamin Duggan came to the festival with grandma Anne Trory.

Summertime is the best time for ice cream as Keegan (left) and Braden Varney will testify.
Eight-month-old Rael Abbondanza may be young, but she and mom Amanda sure enjoyed the music.
