NVD Volunteers Reception - Catherine Barr

IT takes a lot of time and effort to get our community projects off the ground. And while the local politicians and staff members work hard to keep things moving, there is a whole gang of special people, just like you and me, who volunteer their time to join the various advisory bodies and committees that work behind the scenes. Last Thursday evening, North Vancouver District held their volunteer appreciation reception at the district hall. Volunteers got a chance to mix and mingle while staff and council got a chance to thank them for doing their civic duties so well. Keep up the good work everyone.
