Park Royal Beach Volleyball

THERE was sand and sun everywhere. But then again, that was the whole point. Park Royal Shopping Centre held its first ever beach volleyball tournament this past weekend. Truckloads of sand were hauled in for the event which was held in the parking lot beside the Keg Restaurant. There was some impressive players and some great rallies and mini-bleachers were set up for fans to come and watch the all action. If you didn't like the seats, there was always room to throw your towel on the sand, or parking lot, or beach, or whatever. Great fun. Good job gang and looking forward to next year.
