Anything Goes

TAKE some cowboys, artists, actors, country music, art work and some blues and you've got what the Fend Player's Society calls "Anything Goes". On Friday May 11, at the North Shore Winter Club, the group held a fund raising night full of surprises. For $10, guests were treated to entertainment, drinks and food, a live art auction and live music. The Famous Flying U Band, latin music by Ray Piper and blues man Jim Byrnes were all there to help guests dance the night away. All the money goes towards the building of studios and workshops for artists -in-residence at the Flying U Ranch at 70 Mile House.
