LikWid at Tantra

IF you think that music on old vinyl records have forever given way to CDs and MP3s, think again. Spinning tunes from a turntable is totally back in style again, especially on Thursday nights at Lonsdale Quay's Tantra lounge and restaurant. Two young men and local promoters have put together an evening called "LikWid" where they bring in talented DJs who attract some pretty big crowds. On June 21, they celebrated big time with a special summer kick-off event complete with guest DJs, cool visual effects and live musicians. It's a completely hip scene and lots of fun, so check it out soon.
