Fourteen-year-old Julie Demens enjoys training with her coach, Todd Weibelzahl, who has been training young swimmes for six year now.

Preparing for their race was ten-year-old Emily Robertson (left) and nine-year-old Lindsay Konar.

Camped out inside with sleeping bags and all their gear was Kelsey Dapavo (from left), six-year-old Nicole Hufsmith, Allyson Corbett and Nikki Graham.

Doing their breathing exercises and warming up was Brieanna Tyson (from left), Stephanie Dapavo and Katrina Brown.
