West Van Mayor's Dinner

WEST Vancouver Mayor Ron Wood was a busy man on Sept. 27 as the Second Annual Mayor's Dinner was held at Capilano Golf and Country Club. The evening began elegantly with a mix-and-mingle cocktail reception complete with live music by members of the West Vancouver Youth Band. Afterwards, guests took their seats for a fabulous meal with the Mayor who just happened to have a reserved seat at every table. The evening is part dinner, part fundraiser and part community issues forum and everyone gets a chance to bend the Mayor's ear. This year the West Vancouver Youth Band will receive the proceeds.
