NS Sports Awards

LOCAL sports heros were honoured last Saturday at the annual North Shore Sport Awards. The event was held at the Canlan Ice Sports complex on Seymour Blvd where nominees, guests, family members and local dignitaries were all in attendance. Presented by the North Shore News, West Van Parks and Community Services and the North Vancouver Rotary Club, it was an evening to remember. Coaches, athletes and officials were acknowledged for their dedication and accomplishments, both on and off the playing field. It was a winning evening all round, full of proud moments that everyone will remember.
