St. Patrick's Day at the Quay

SATURDAY was St. Patrick's Day and all across the land the luck o' the Irish was in the air. In North Vancouver, at Lonsdale Quay, the shoppers were in for a treat as the market put on a celebration of sorts. The local merchants were giving away goodies and, in the centre court area, there was music and dancing. Wearing green is customarily considered to be a good idea, and if one was in the mood, there was always a pint of green beer to whet your whistle.
