Cap Athletic Awards

THEY'RE strong, fast, well-trained, well-coached and are among the most talented young athletes on the North Shore. Members of Capilano College's Blues athletic teams were honoured last Wednesday night as the school held their annual athletics banquet and awards ceremony at North Vancouver's Cheers Restaurant. Individual and team awards were handed out as well as bursaries and special recognitions. Over 200 athletes and staff attended. Olympic mogul skier Ryan Johnson was the evening's keynote speaker. Congratulations to everyone.
