NSWC Charity Lunch

IT'S hard to believe that in our prosperous times there are still a great many people in need. Christmas is a time of year for giving, caring and sharing and that's where the North Vancouver Christmas Bureau comes in. Their work ensures that families receive a big hamper for Christams and that no child goes empty handed come that special morning. On Dec. 15, at the North Shore Winter Club, the ladies of the club, in association with the bureau, held a ladies doubles tennis event and charity lunch. It was a great way for the club to show their support and a great way to spend the afternoon.
