Seymour Ladies Golf Tournament - Catherine Barr

THE ladies of Seymour Golf Club are a super group of swingers. For three years now, I have taken photos of these golfing gals and they never disappoint. Last Thursday was their 8th Annual Charity Tournament and everyone was back in action. It was an early 8 a.m. shotgun start followed by a wonderful outdoor buffet lunch and prizes. Over the years, the tournament has raised over $75,000 for North Shore Charities. This year, the A.L.S. Society (Lou Gerig's Disease) is the beneficiary with close to $19,000 raised for this very worthwhile cause. Congratulations ladies and keep-up the good work.

You should hear all the hootin' and hollerin' that goes on when Nick Lyne auctions himself off for a game of golf and dinner. "He does it all," said auctioneer Dr. Gail Landsberger, who made sure he went for a good price.
