WV Chamber Christmas Dinner

THE West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce holds its annual Christmas gala at the Capilano Golf and Country Club. It's an elegant affair that members look forward to every year. The food is always five-star as guests get to enjoy both a hot and cold buffet as well as a sinful dessert selection. Red's Quartet plays some favourite live jazz standards (thank you boys)and Santa, aka Peter Black the butcher, brings along his list of naughty and nice. A live auction rounds out the evening.

Where would the chamber be without the beautiful Peggy Mulligan? Thanks for all your hard work in the office.

What a bunch of rabble rousers. The News's own Diane Waters (left), David Whitman and Aren Evers were celebrating.

Director Sean Allan couldn't get enough of the dessert buffet. He made off with a whole chocolate cake.

A big kiss for the cheekiest Santa on the block. Butcher Peter Black is always an entertaining MC.
