Chillie Willie Carnival

THE Chillie Willie carnival is held every year at this time at West Vancouver's Gleneagles Community Centre. It's a favourite event for kids all over the area as they get a chance to celebrate Willie's birthday, play games and eat hot dogs and cake. The West Vancouver firefighters are always part of the scene, as is the many volunteers and community centre employees who really put forth a big effort to make it all happen. As usual, the smiles below tell the real story.
