Easter Seals Regatta

THE sun came out last Saturday just in time for the 11th Annual Scotiabank Easter Seals Regatta. The Royal Vancouver Yacht Club played host to hundreds of sailing enthusiasts competing in their respective categories, all in the name of a very good cause. A big outdoor barbeque, live music, silent auction and more awaited participants at the finish line. Almost 100 boats were entered in eight different categories and raised over $260,000. The proceeds go to support go to support the Vancouver Easter Seal House and Patient Care Grants for children in need.
