International Women's Day

THURSDAY, March the 8th was International Women's Day. And one of the many notable events taking place that day was the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce's "Celebrating Success" at the Centenial Theatre. Five prominent and successful women were chosen as keynote speakers to share their experiences and philosophies. A pre-event reception was held in the lobby area as audience members got a chance to get acquainted before the show. Sponsored by both the Royal Bank and the North Shore News, the event was a big success.
