Ultimate Cocktail Party

AMBROSIA Adventures in Cooking is run by the talented Maureen Goulet who not only knows how to cook up a storm, but also how to throw a really great party. Such was the case on Sunday Nov. 11 as Maureen and the Dundarave Wine Cellar played host to about 40 guests for a wine tasting and mix and mingle evening. "The Ultimate Cocktail Party" was held for guests to get to know more about wines and more about each other. It was a fun evening that ended with a psychic reading for everyone about the future.

	Our very own editorial assistant Sharon Cocomile was busy sampling wine with friends Eric Byers (left) and Ray McLeod.
	Corine Cormier said that so far, she preferred the chardonnay.
	Judy Summers (left) and Judy Ivanda were enjoying some lively conversation with race car driver Daniel Heald.
	Ambrosia's Maureen Goulet is arranging for a special Nov. 29 class to learn how to make Christmas Hors d'oeuvres. Call her at 922-6694 for info.
	Marilyn Borugian (from left), Wayne Fung and Judy Sellner agreed that the pinot grigio was their favourite.
	Joyce Mahy (left) and April Soon have been friends for three years. They met at Toastmasters and are still active members.
	Ed Heywood (left), and John Jahanshahi were busy discussing vintages.
	"Gina" and her crystal ball can tell you everything you need to know about the future. She gave out psychic readings to the guests.
	Pete Brkovich (left) and Nancy Van Insberghe both received good predictions about the future from their psychic readings.
	It was a toast to new friends for Terri Meyer (from left), Michael Sidelman and Jean McIlhargey.
