Community Cares Run

THE 2nd Annual Community Cares Fun Run was held last Sunday, Feb 17 in North Vancouver as supporters came out in force to help raise money for a good cause. Sponsored in part by the North Shore News and Holly's Salon, the run benefits a different individual each year. This year, nine-year-old Madison, a victim of cerebral palsy, will receive 100% of the money raised. Spirits were high, despite the rain and grey skies, as everyone gathered at the finish line to enjoy some delicious food, courtesy of the Tomahawak Restaurant. Music and fun for all.
