Summer in the City

ONE of the nicest things about living on the North Shore is the wonderful sense of community. I say that sincerely, because people here seem truly enjoy themselves right here in their own backyards. Take the summer music concert series for example. From Horseshoe Bay to Deep Cove, free live music concerts are being held every weekend. On Friday, Jul 12, North Van City's Civic Plaza was packed with people taking in the free show. So get out and try one on for yourself. In North Van City, Edgemont and Deep Cove on Fridays and at West Vancouver's Ferry Building on Sundays. All events from 7-9 p.m. weather permitting. Phone (604) 987-PLAY for more North Van info.
