Fools Frolic at William Griffin

April 12, 2003

By Catherine Barr

The volunteers behind the William Griffin recCentre's annual Fools Frolic have reason to be proud. To date they have raised over 22,000 and this past Saturday they added to their totals. Supporting people with disabilities is a priority, and the rec centre is one of the best equipped around. But this night was time for fun and, judging from the smiles, things went off beautifully.

If you wish to receive a copy or a print of any of the photographs included on this page or any other page, please include all the event information, date, title, names of people in picture and picture number (e.g. PICT001.jpg) in an email to info@catherinebarr.com

They can move mountains and "wheel" their way into just about anything. Local celebs Jim Milina (left) and Brian Bell are a testament to the human spirit and a symbol of commmunity pride who both support all kinds of initiatives for the disabled.
