Park Royal Olympic Celebration

July 6, 2003

By Catherine Barr

The city is still abuzz from the 2010 Olympic announcement and after-party celebrations are cropping up everywhere. West Van's Park Royal held one of the North Shore's biggest parties last Sunday inviting local dignitaries, entertainers and community members to the south mall's centre court for speeches, activities and cake. It was an afternoon of smiles as everyone basked in the afterglow of a well-deserved, world-class win.
