Dundarave Farmer's Market

April 30, 2005

By Catherine Barr

Fresh veggies, savoury sauces, wine tasting and even treats for the pets were all part of Dundarave's first outdoor farmer's market weekend last Saturday. Local merchants and vendors alike came to sell their wares making a walk down these village streets even more special.

Vancouver's best events and celebrity functions are all archived here. Vancouver pubs, clubs, nightclubs, gala events and fundraisers are included. Thanks for viewing.

Due to server capacity, you will not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs. With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would quickly exceed the amount of memory needed.

If you would like to receive a copy of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo. Thanks.

Sampling some reds in the Dundarave Wine cellar were West Van's Debbie Clyne and John Sutherland.
Fresh rhubarb and leeks from Robert Trevissick and organizer Carol Kurrusk.
Gary Schmidt and son Kris were getting gourmet selling infused olive oils, chocolate sauce and doggie biscuits.
Fresh bread and cheese were to be had from Kailey Wilson (left) and sister Julie who worked the Pane E Formaggio stall.
