The Honourable John Reynolds, P.C. and retired former MP for West Vancouver / Sunshine Coast, was honoured last Thursday at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for his dedicated public service at a fundraising dinner that raised more than $800,000 for children with serious illnesses or physical disabilities.
More than 900 guests, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Premier Gordon Campbell, Vancouver Mayor Sam Sullivan and Speaker of the House Peter Milliken paid tribute to John Reynolds.
The $800,000 raised will help support the Zajac Ranch for Children.
