IT was "Christmas at the Moulin Rouge" last week as entertainment man Richard Lucas and his talented agency of followers transformed the Atlantis club into a veritable Bohemia of brothel-ly love. No one had trouble acting the part as costumed guests and local celebrities arrived at the invite only celebration to toast the season. A fabulous stage show featuring Toulouse Lautrec and a bevy of beauties entertained everyone, and then, the lights lowered allowing guests to dance the night away.
