Vancity Theatre Opening, Lights Camera Cook, Smoking Dog Launch and Rob Feenie's Lumiere 10th Anniversary

Nov 10, 2005

By Catherine Barr

The start of November has been anything but dull as an assortment of openings and anniversaries kept us running last week. The Vancity Theatre dedication on Nov. 1 featured stars from Hollywood past. Then, last Thursday, Vancouver's many media gal pals got together for the 2nd Annual Lights, Camera, Cook! fundraiser at the Terminal City Club. Kits's Smoking Dog bistro welcomed guests to their relaunch party that same night. And finally, "Iron Chef" Rob Feenie was once again the toast of the town on Monday as he and his Lumiere restaurant celebrated 10 successful years.

Vancouver's best events and celebrity functions are all archived here. Vancouver pubs, clubs, nightclubs, gala events and fundraisers are included. Thanks for viewing.

Due to server capacity, you will not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs. With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would quickly exceed the amount of memory needed.

If you would like to receive a copy of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo. Thanks.
