Dundarave Fish Sauce Launch

The Dundarave Fish Market is one of my favourite West Van restaurants, and now it's just gotten a whole lot saucier. Kim Hurford VanSickle, with the support and love of partner Frank Seabolt, has developed a line of specialty sauces called Simply West Coast. Based on some of the restaurant's favourites, each flavour comes with a special story - including a Tartar Sauce dedicated to the late John Wiechold of the former Dundarave Cafe. A special cocktail launch party was held last week as invited guests raised a glass to this successful new venture.
